We are here to help you find a home within your body in whatever season of life you’re in right now.
A place where you can be present, strong, grounded and intentional with how you move and show up in your body (and in your life). Whether you are brand new to yoga or reformer Pilates, a seasoned practitioner, or returning to movement like this after injury or time away, you belong in our classes, and we can support you.
You come as you are, and take what you need and give what you have on any given day, and our classes, our teachers, and our community will be there to support you every step of the way.
As we come into the cooler months, the social calendar slows down a little but you’re likely to feel energy levels slow down too… and you KNOW that your body and soul need you to keep moving. Perhaps you’re craving support so you don’t have to motivate yourself. Perhaps you’re craving rituals that support you when you’re feeling depleted, overwhelmed or when you’re holding everyone else around you together…perhaps you need the heat of our heated yoga room!
Either way your body is craving movement and a place where your nervous system will feel safe and supported, but energised and alive.
The best place to try or reconnect to our studio, our classes, our community and the ‘Udara Way’, is through Calm in the Chaos. It’s perfect for yoga and reformer Pilates beginners, or seasoned practitioners alike.

Calm in the Chaos - Your Four Week Reset
Restore your energy, improve your mobility and build strength in our three movement studios in the heart of Hobart.
Here’s how we’ll help you move with less exhaustion and more ease this year:
✅ Unlimited yoga and reformer Pilates classes for 28 days to strengthen, lengthen and centre your body and soul.
✅ A personalised 30-minute onboarding to create a plan that fits your energy and schedule
✅ We check in weekly (via text or phone call if you prefer) to make sure you’re feeling supported without pressure or overwhelm
✅ A recorded meditation to build further rituals of self-care
✅ A reflective journ to keep track of your goals, energy levels and class notes and a metabolic tracker to help support yur
✅ A welcoming, beautiful, spacious studio with three dedicated rooms for mindful movement
