YIN - Poses are held for longer in Yin than other styles of yoga, allowing you to fully let go and stretch out your body. Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues between the muscles and fascia throughout the body, strengthens your joints and improves overall circulation.
HEATED YOGA - Our heated yoga classes use classic yoga postures integrated into a flow of standing and floor poses that strengthen bones, tone muscles and benefit balance.
SLOW FLOW - slow flow is for you if you feel like moving in a gentle & nurturing way. Think bolsters for props, blankets for warmth and juicy, nourishing yoga.
FLOW - Flow class integrates yoga postures and flowing breath to bring about an energising and balancing effect on your body and mind. Create a gentle heat from the inside out.
REFORMER PILATES
The Pilates reformer is an amazing machine that helps you to find length and space in the body while under spring tension. Group classes on the reformer will not only help strengthen your core but also elongate your spine, joints and muscles, encouraging greater flexibility, strength and stamina.
REFORMER FOUNDATIONS - Our Foundations classes break down the reformer apparatus and Pilates basics at a relaxed pace, building confidence, strength and body awareness through alignment and foundational movements.
REFORMER ALIGN - Align classes focus on perfecting your Pilates technique through controlled, intentional movement. Ideal for those new to reformer, recovering from injury, or wanting to refine your form before progressing.
REFORMER FLOW - Our signature open-level class moves through a series of exercises targeting core strength, control, precision, mobility and stability—with modifications and progressions so you can move at your own pace.
REFORMER RISE - Rise classes are dynamic and challenging, featuring intermediate to advanced sequencing with greater pace, varied resistance and cardio bursts for a full-body flow that builds on the skills you've developed.
REFORMER RESTORE - Reformer Restore brings breathwork and gentle flow to the foreground for active recovery. Slow, controlled movement challenges your stability while your nervous system relaxes and your body recovers.

We adore hosting classes workshops for high school and college students. Our teachers are experienced at working with school groups, and we cater to all skills levels across heated yoga classes (32 degrees celsius if you would like a heated class), and non-heated yoga + mat Pilates classes (both ambient temperature).
